Panagbenga is a Kankanaey word which means season of blooming. The Flower festival is celebrated every year in the city of Baguio, Philippines. It attracts tourist from all over the world.

The festival is celebrated every February, the main events are the Street Dancing Parade and the Grand Float Parade. The Street Dancing Parade is usually scheduled on the fourth Saturday of February, while the Float and Marching Band Competition is usually scheduled on the fourth Sunday of February.
